GUIDED MEDITATIONS
A foundation of my work with women is strengthening their relationship with their heart and soul for practical guidance, wisdom, and support in their lives as women.While it can be useful at times to have others guide and inform us, the answers for our sovereignty and lifetime, the answers true for ourselves lie within us, not outside of us.
I am happy to offer for sale guided meditations and visualizations as tools for listening to your heart and soul’s guidance and wisdom. When we access the wisdom and knowing living within our selves, we are engaging the same channel that prayers and mediation utilize to bring us peace and ease in our life.
Once you have purchased and downloaded the mp3 onto your computer, you then transfer the mp3 to an mp3 device or burn it onto a CD for playing. Each recorded meditation is personalized by having me use your name as I speak the meditation and visualization.
